I had to take my Sunsystem 315 LEC lights apart to re-mount them. They have built in ballasts. They are located behind the cover of the "Heavy" side.
I found that they have a (ok not super cheap) and easily available ballast! As easy to change as a fluorescent ballast if it goes bad. Simple screw on wire connectors can be used for joining the ballast to the socket/ground.
Just some info for anyone that uses LEC.
