Sunshine Mix #4 or Coco Perlite?

I have some coco perlite from my last run ... I'm wondering if it can be reused (apon flushing) and then transplant my clones in my 5gall buckets or should I buy fresh perlite and coco? ALSO I liked the ease of coco but the yields werent as good as using Sunshine Mix #4 ...

What are your thoughts?? COCO or SUNSHINE MIX #4?

I enjoy the Coco these days (trying no-till organics). What growing style were you using getting more yield in SS#4? I say go with what gets you the most with ease.

I grew in sunshine4 for years with good results .. I tried nutrifield coco and perlite.. I'll never fuck with sunshine again . Salt build ups . Way too potent , takes forever to dry out . Coco is way better

I've never fucked with coco exclusively, and have had good consistent results with SS4 for years. Any pro mix for that matter. I might add a little more perlite though to help with drainage.

Straight coco all the way,I've done both,coco is a superior substrate,once a rootball is established you can't overwater it,unlike peat based mediums.The one and only drawback is peat based medium gives a better flavour...imo.

I agree with this . But most people can't tell the difference .

if you try coco you will not go back to ss4. I thought sunshine4 was the best shit ever until I started checking my runoff lol.
