Sunpulse Bulbs Only for Digital/Electronic Ballast

Has anyone else read the new articles about the fact that if your not using Sunpulse Bulbs you aren't getting the output that you should be, due to the fact that Sunpulse Bulbs are the only bulb certified for digital ballast due to the high frequency out put of digital ballast and that all other bulbs are made for way less frequency. I didn't want to believe it due to the fact I have been running the wrong bulb, but when Hortilux is saying it there selves then I guess it must be true. So what do you all think, can anybody give some comments on what you think, also let me know how fast your bulbs are wearing out.

I too read the article in high times. And I also have a hortilux bulb and quantum ballast. I believe it to be true, the article that is. So Ill be buying a sun pulse 1000w 3k next payday. There is also this ballast by advanced nutrients. Its is called the badass ballast or something like that. It claims to be the answer to all our problems and runs on lower frequency which hps bulbs are built to handle. They however were not in the high times article and are not listed as a certified ballast by sun pulse. Hmmm maybe we should ask somebody about this?.
