Sunmaster Neutral Deluxe 1000w?

Does anyone know about the neutral deluxe? Its supposed to be good for the veg and flowering stage. But I looked on back and it shows that most of the light is on the green wavelength and if im correct plants dont take green light in for photosynthesis.
