Would it be okay to leave my week and a half old plant in the sun for 12 hours and then inside in the dark for 12

Sure why not. You trying to force flower? But only if its been use to the sun you don't wanna throw a weak plant in the intense sun you wanna ease into it maybe out it in the shade

Why are you deciding to flower after only 1 and a half weeks? Where abouts do you live roughly?
