Sunday Morning

Good day to all my brothers and sisters in the garden. I would like to begin by introducing myself. I was known as "Them" at "The Gardens Cure". I loved that site and was a member there since 2003. I was a mod there at one time and I had lots of great friends. I learned almost everything I know about cultivation there. Anyone who "grew up" on that site please chime in here, I would love to here from you. With that said let us begin!

It's a great day here in the garden. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the coffee is just right. Here where I live it's quiet and peaceful. No highway or road noise. Not a lot of people out driving around. Makes me wonder what it was like before cars and trains and plains.

Today is watering day. I grow in hempy buckets and I water every other day. So I'm off to water my cuttings, clones and vegging plants.

Have a great Sunday, it's yours to enjoy!

Thanks you guys! Yes I signed up in 11 but with the decline of the site which I loved so much, I have drifted away from the forums.

I am planing on starting a journal soon. I have a really nice 2000w. hempy rotation going right now.

Actually my garden has been getting gradually larger for the last four years. I started with a 400w. over a home made, four plant, aeroponic chamber. Then I moved to bubble buckets and added a 600w. and four more plants. Then I added another 400w. and four more plants.

Then I had to move to another room when I added the last 600w. light. So now I have a nice veg and separate flower room.

I have always used the rotation method for constant production. I started with a once per week rotation. As things expanded I moved to a four day rotation. When I moved to the bigger room I started a three day rotation. And just a little over a week ago I started a two day rotation.

One plant goes into flower every two days, and one comes out. I water one day and harvest and transplant the other day. If I can average only two ounces per plant, this will produce one ounce per day.

Giving the flowering plants eight weeks to mature, I will have 28 plants in rotation, when I get the rotation full. Right now I have 20 plants flowering.

Say FB, how's it goin? I wish I could go bigger, but I'm about maxed out. Any more and I will start flipping breakers.

The 2000 watts is only the flower room. I probably have over have 1000 in the veg room.

It's just barely Sunday morning here in the garden. It's really quiet and peaceful. Seems to be one of my favored times to enjoy some cannabis and reflect on life.

I find most people take life way too seriously. As if they kicking back and relaxing and enjoying yourself, and those around you, is the wrong thing to do. I feel sorry for those folks.

I've heard it said "no one on their death bed ever said, I wish I had spent more time at work". lighten up a little. Tell a joke. Laugh at one, even though you don't think it's funny. Crack a smile. I promise you will be OK.

Yes it's a beautiful summers night...here in the garden. The world keeps turning. The seasons come and go. But it's always summer in my garden.

Love one another.

When I was Younger, Family Members told me this Irish Sayings:

"Wherever God Chose To Plant You, You Must Learn To Flower"

So,, adapting To these Times(Whichever Times you live in)to make it Suitable to live. And that's what life is to me. One day at a time.

P.S.
I'm not knockin The power you use. I have bigger Plans, so I like to watch Bigger Grows. I don't care if you use 100w of cfl. You're doing society and yourself a favor... Don't waste Time

Good morning friends!

It's another beautiful day here in the garden. I can't hear any trains, plains, or automobiles. I'm in love with a beautiful woman. And I have a really good cup of Joe in my hand. An added bonus is, I'm smoking some of the best marijuana in the world.

Everything is looking great in my garden. I have it on a two day rotation...that is, I place a new plant into the flower room every other day. In about a month I will be harvesting every two days!!!

Have a great Sunday everyone, it's yours to enjoy!

Errrrrr no you won't :) LOL in my perpetual I put plants in every 2 weeks. Still ended up harvesting like once a month. I harvest by trichomes. They never take exactly the same time LOL! I swear they conspire to fuck with me and they are winning.

Sunday is usually my day off. A day to go out to dinner with the wife and kiddo. A day to play in the garden. A day to ravish my wife. Not this day though. This day people have called off and I'm forced to go sit in an office for hours and answer phone calls and questions from people that have no business owning a garden hose let alone a swimming pool. Wish me luck for this penguin belongs out in the wild not caged in a room.

Errrrr yes I will! LOL

Right now I'm harvesting every four days. This is because I had been putting a plant into flower every four days.

I am flowering for nine weeks. If I place a plant in the flower room every other day for nine weeks, It stands to reason I will harvest every two days starting nine weeks later.

I know all about checking the color of the trichomes, I also know what the breeded says about the strain I'm growing, and I also know from over ten years experience growing hydro, nine weeks is plenty of time for almost any strain.

As for the trichomes color, you can harvest when they are just starting to turn amber if you want a more heady type stone. For a more couch lock effect, let them go to full amber. It's really a personal preference. I have let them go until they are starting to shrivel up and die, but I couldn't tell much difference in the quality.

I'm trying a more systematic approach at this time. And yes, I will harvest every two days. Thanks you for comment though, I appreciate your incite.

Mine too! I don't care if my rotation isn't on point. I just replace the finished plant with a new one when its finished. The plant being fully ripe is more important to me than having a set rotation. Although sometimes I do wish they would cooperate and be done when I want them too.
