Sulfur toxicity and lack of P

For whatever it's worth, when calcium gets bound up in carbonate form a simple acid like apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar will free it up. Dilute at 1:200
Carbonate accumulation is not uncommon in organic substrates that are recycled. Even More common when growers use municipal tap water.

Why choose dolomite lime instead of gypsum? You're going to have a hard time trying to combat the insane amount of Mg in the dolomite lime. Dolomite limes Ca:Mg is negative and should not really be used for growing Cannabis IMO.

You should have enough P in that mix. Main problem is your Ca:Mg ratio is way off!

This is the 2nd I've read a negative about Dolomite Limestone use. I might have to layoff this stuff for a grow. I primarily use it to stabilize the pH of the soil.. is there an alternative that will help keep the soil from dropping to low for us sphagnum peat moss growers?

On a couple years use I have had no issues with compaction or anything far as I know.

20230525_081844.jpgthe plants in the tent have had a nice recovery except maybe the Jealousy in back left bc I didn't realize the carrot had dried up inside . Oof whoops the rest are cruising and mostly came out of their issues and blew up. I'll be flipping them this weekend to flower.
The other plants are fine I held them in 4" longer than usual and moved up to 2 gal to slow em down a bit. Otherwise flowering 7 plants in a 4x4 won't be fun . (In tent is jealousy, cereal milk, forbidden fruit, la Kush cake)

Next round wil be
The white og, frosted valley, purp runtz, trop cherry

Then, flight 38, key lime jack , maybe clones of above if I find a winner to grow again or mother

I know I should have enough P but this analysis says otherwise lol. I have test submitted for my other 2 bins of soil that are next in line too so I can make sure I don't up pot into bad shit (I have a bunch of plants from seed getting close to first up pot from solos. They're just in a mix of buus compost perlite and ewc. Was too scared to use my soil)
I just found out that high levels of Calcium and Magnesium will block Potassium. Then found this thread. You have enough postassium..it's just being out competed by the Calcium and Magnesium levels in the soil. I sure would like to know how does one fix a Cal Mag overload in soil??

Someone over at icmag had me get a Logan labs test done. They ran it thru spreadsheets and had me add some micros in sulfate form, gypsum too and then cut it (had me use promix for ease of cutting it. Had too my Na in it as well . The non Logan test doesn't give you available Ca # correctly

If you look back at the first photos. Drastic changes since then . I lost no plants amazingly enough. The one in the back middle is the plant I had branches just falling off of lol. Not to happy with that cereal milk plant though. I can't imagine it's gonna give any real harvest

Back left to right are
Jealousy (but nothing is purple ), la Kush cake. Frosted valley (old mom. Same one at my feet in veg shot, new mom is growing)
Front is forbidden fruit and cereal milk.

I'm moving white og over next week,
1st 4 hopefully finished by July 31.
then pink runtz, trop cherry, key lime jack, flight 38(gifted seeds),
Then lol cheese, runtzXlayer cake (cuts from my friends yard). I bought some clones and had one not do well but they replaced it with 3 , so I have waaaay to many things going hahaha . Attempting 6 in flower is dumb even in a 4x4x7.5. Dehuey is keeping her at 42 for now I'll drop it to 40 in a cpl weeks. . I almost didn't catch PWM in veg from cramming too much together and keeping doors shut too much. Seems to be taken care of (potass bicarb)

This sounds really good but also dangerous if you mix this ratio to strong...it can kill your plants.

"Other garden uses for apple cider vinegar include decreasing soil pH, adding nutrients to soil, discouraging ants and adding it as a component of an organic insecticidal spray. Organic gardeners also apply dilute solutions of apple vinegar together with sugar to soil or as a spray to plant foliage for fertilizing. In addition, soaking the ground with apple vinegar will discourage ants from the area.
Apple cider vinegar mixed with dishwashing soap in plenty of water may make a 3 ingredient homemade weed killer"
