Suggestions on Possible Strain?

I got around a dozen bag-seeds from a friend about four months ago. I'm left with 3 females which are into approx. their 5th week of flowering.

I was wondering if anyone knew what strains these could be based on appearance. The buds themselves are purply and the leaves are dark green. I was thinking purple kush or purple haze.

Can anyone suggest how many more weeks these will need to finish? I'd like to time the flush the best I can. As I said, it's about week 5 of flowering, but if these need 10 weeks total, I'd hate to take them off early. Advice?

a few from today, Aug 29th

may have slightly nute burned plant #1 but it's nothing serious. she's had straight water for 4 days now, she's fine.

her sister is much more elongated cola-wise and is a bit behind in terms of maturity but she looks as if she'll turn out nicely.

it's been nice to have such a great site with great members at my fingertips. it makes the process much easier to understand and i love seeing everyones pride-and-joy come to fruition.

yep, they're outdoor.

they're coming off in 3 weeks so i'll have some pre and post-harvest pics.

you got some great bagseed!
this is the second time ive seen badseed like this but my friends wasnt as good lookin as yours.
his plants werent that purple jsut the hairs were. great id love to see the harvest! your'll get alotta of pot from those 3 if ya keep doin what your doin! did you keep any males for more seeds?

nope, no males, but i have a few more seeds tucked away for next year.

I was thinking about ordering some feminized seeds for next year, just want to research some of the better outdoor strains over the winter. Did you have any suggestions?

Looking good man. I would agree too that the colors of that cola look amazing. Should be good smoke. As for strains I have no clue still researching myself

im an outdoor grower myself too but ive always used bagseed from good pot i scored. but i just recently bought seeds for my first time and im waitin on them to get here. i got juicy fruit :mrgreen:

You should consider cloning your current strain (which looks like purple power plant as others have said,) and keeping it going indoors until next year.

=) I would try that one. Not often do you get a sick strain like that from bag seed. haha.

Small update from tonight before bedtime.

Does anyone care to toss a number out there as to how many more days/weeks they'd let these go before harvesting?

Haven't fed in a couple days so if there's around 2 weeks left I'll just let them be. Any advice would be great, thanks..
