i've done easy bud, royal dwarf, fast bud,roadrunner and auto lemon skunk. als was tiny.

the sweet tooth BHD and amnesia i narrowed down the pheno i liked and had a self pollinated fem crop atleast once
twice for the amnesia

that looks ok. i hate it when they get really leafy. auto big bang is a nightmare to trim.

at the time i was only using 400w of mixed cfl
now its a different story 400w mixed cfl and 2 135w led ufo's full spec waiting on my 300 w bloom panel still going to run them all in a scrog this time around with 4-6 akr's hadnt decided on the number yet only have a 3x3 space in the cab i have a scrog in think i might run 4 in 2 gals or 6 in 1 gal hadnt decided yet

good. those dual spec cfls are excellent and don't seem to take any extra grow time compared to hps. yields are a little lower but nice quality. i haven't tried led yet, out of my price range. i use small pots so they stay about 2 ft tall. some autos in large pots get way out of control!

considering 50,000 hour life time of led's just the bulb replacement of the hid's pays for the leds comes out to like 5.7 years on the led life 24/7 run time hadnt tested this but thats what they claim

but my cmh bulbs have a 20000 hour life..so 2 1/2 sets to your one will never make up the incredible price gap and they do not produce near the amount

and once again LOL 1000w halide ? just the electric bill makes up for the difference

I can only go by the many photos and video of autos, and it seems to me that if someone doesn't have expectations of a pound per plant and doesn't care if the weed doesn't ring the highest THC bell...autos are a good option. The thing I like about autos is that one can have a revolving grow without having to have separate veg and flower rooms....getting a fresh ounce or two every week/month ain't a bad thing.

I see many small cab grows with nothing more than $10 invested in CFL's and a couple of fans grow some amazing plants. The lack of needing a ton of nutrients and the ability of growing in small pots, makes autos a perfect choice for many.
