Heat would make your leaves curl upward my friend. That is classic overwatering I'm tellin ya.

:leaf::peace::leaf:
The jagged leave edges are curling UP due to heat, and the main leaf blades themselves are curling DOWN due to overwatering.

You have good soil with extra perlite added so you shouldn't have a drainage issue. You just love her too much lol. You want to be on the edge of dry not the edge of wet. My plants leaves are pointing at the sky (light lol), when i water them, they will droop down for a few hours as they become heavy with water, but by the afternoon they are back pointing at the sky again. It's a beautiful thing. They did not act this way until I stopped overwatering them. your leaves wont change, they are permanently curled, but your new growth can look and BE improved and more vigorous. :weed:

This is where I figured that the high heat was causing the leaves the curl, number 2:

I am watering approx. once per week, and this only occurs when the pot is very light and the soil is dry and slightly pulling from the sides of the pot. How long should I be waiting between waterings? I thought overwatering was caused by watering ever day or two and not giving the roots time the breath.
