Subculture and molasses, maxi series nutrients

looking into using Maxi grow and bloom from general hydropponics along with their sub culture organic additives and molasses for them to thrive on.
Sub culture b is bacterial and m is fungal and I think that the funghi in m would thrive on molasses and provide the plant with lots of carb production.

does anybody have experience with maxi, subculture, or molasses in dwc?
are the funghi in rapid rooters enough of an introduction to thrive on molasses without needing the sub culture?
does molasses in dwc attract insects?

and most importantly is sub culture worth it?

yes chlorine will absolutely kill them off. also, i dont know what the prices are on the GH stuff, but I can bet you're paying for brand recognition. you get a bigass thing of myco for around 20 bucks. for beneficial bacteria, look into a compost tea from your local nursery... a lot will sell them for about 10 a gallon, which should be all you need. hope this helps :)

and yes molasses feeds the fungi.. they are what help create the complex netting around the roots. the plant provides them with sugar, and they symbiotically provide the plant with increased nutrient uptake, water reservation, and disease resistance. so essentially, by providing a little extra sugars in there for the fungi, you relieve the plant of producing as much, therefore being able to redirect the unused energy into bud production. :)
