Subcool's super soil

Hey everybody I'm thinking about trying subcools super soil people who have tried it what is your opinion? I also understand that you need to fertilize occasionally even with this soil when do you half to start fertilizing? and how often?

Sub's SS is a great way to grow. The best answer to the rest of question would be to read his book on it and how he use's it! Once you have that down, you can begin to adjust it to your needs as you see fit.

Personally I like the Rev's TLO soil and style a bit better. I run variations on that. They are close to each other in many ways.

Subcools soil is great but you need to let it rest for a while before you use it. If you use it right away youll get some mean claw. Another well know member here Dannyboy gave me a recipe for soil and I haven't used anything else since. Let me know if you would like me to give you that recipe. As far as feeding them with nutes in an amended soil its tricky. I would def use an all organic line of nutrients not some cheapo shit. Wait till the plant tells you what it needs and youll be fine. If your not sure what your plant is telling you post a couple pics here and there are some damn good plant whisperers on this site that will tell you. Good Luck my friend

hi ive done a lot with supersoil, subs and my own based on compost tea feeding, his is way easier and very good for health of plant but u need big pots and some space cos he veggs plants for 7 to 10 oz, where i grow is totally illegal so i have to get better yields in a smaller space and subs soil was dropping my income, i feed a big family, so i now run a soiless mix based on aeration and trace minerals cos i will feed em base nutes either organic or mineral depending on the vigour of the strain, coco is a better medium for yield imo. I also spent two years making compost tea every day and feeding only living organics...whole rooms grown on living nutes, but fuk me the work was unreal to do it commerially and i started gagging at the site of tea foam ha hA so many ways to grow weed lol

Thanks for the info I agree living organics is back breaking work soilless is definitely the way to go for commercial production that sucks you half to do it where it's illegal I think with all these other states starting legalize including Washington DC!! It won't be to long before the federal government has to start rethinking its draconian laws against Marijuana.
