Subcool's Super Soil. any Experience?

Really considering trying subcool's recipe. Everything in this HT article seems straight forward.

does anybody have any experience with this recipe? pros and cons?

What water is best? Tap and letting it sit for a day or 2? R.O. and add Cal-mag and Epsom Salt.

I have facbric containers, whould that work? or should i go with plastic containers?

5 or 7 gallon?

Also, not looking into using 6 or 8 bags. looking to do 1/8 of the recipe.

Just add water grow good medically viable cannabis
R.O. and add Cal-mag
and lots molasses
you need to let it cook a while
add a little happy frog bulb food with the amendments
add the castings after it cooks for a while.

I have another three trash cans of this full right now already cooked ready to grow. I've used the recipe before it kicks ass biggest yields i've got so far. 1.75lbs a light on a multi strain grow.
