Subcool has come out to defend his claim that the new Plush Berry is Kush. He says it's Kush because he "Can smell it." That's it?!?!

I have some dog shit that smells like strawberries....

Be a man and own up Sub. Don't delete threads. You had said you can take the heat.

Pull your tail out from between your legs and give us something better than you can smell it...

I would love to know what exactly the genetics are.......but I trust Subcool's word, too. If you don't like it, don't buy it, dude. Obviously you have some interest in his gear, otherwise you would not be trying to figure this out.

Subcool has been doing this a long time, and has been a help to a lot of people on RIU. And just like a great cook, we do not always share the measurements of all the ingredients, just the finished product.....haha

I would be willing to bet that Subcool would not put "Kush" into the name just because it is cool. I doubt he would announce his first offering from the Kush family, and not have some lineage there.

I would have to agree with Mr. Haz

I couldn't see Sub calling it Kush.. if it didn't have kush in it.

I mean, its his strain dude. and like Haz said, if you don't like it.. then just don't buy it. But don't go out and make a big deal out of something so minor. It's his strain.. and he knows what genetics are in it. I don't see him saying that, if it didn't have the kush genetics in it... period.

I rest my case..

Here is his exact quote from the thread "Plush Berry Picture Thread"...

Its Kush cause I say its a Kush simple thats not being arrogant, anyone growing these days at any compitant level should be able to make the same determination.
Bean Counter just asked me the same question so I let him smell the Chemdawg then the Plushberry and he could easily pick out what I term the "Kush" smell I mean its a pretty definitive odor.

LOL.... If Subcool gave the reason for kush as 'he could smell it', stop and thing a minute and actually use that noodle instead of baking it... it was obviously a coy comment or hint.

Here is my point...

This morning there was a thread that was titled 'Plush Berry'. The OP asked why Sub responded the way he did. When Subcool responded he just blew off the OP. Sub said he could take the heat. Then when more people questioned him, The thread "magically" disappears.

diffrent kushes smell diffrent... pure kush, bubba kush, og kush {some dont consider this a true kush} all smell diffrent.... im just wondering which one he used cuzz his beans sold out damn fast.......

What exactly do you hope to gain from this?

And, again, I trust his opinion.

Are you jealous of his success? Or jealous of his talents?

My suggestion to you would be this.....breed your own marijuana, and create your own legacy. That is what Subcool did, and now he gets thousands of questions thrown at him, and does not have time for your petty bullshit.

The point is when Sub was faced with critizism, The thread was deleted, odds are by him. Why run?? Why not stand your ground and defend yourself.

maybe the way the op went about the thread may not have been the best way, but anyhoo's, it just a ? pointed at sub the way i see it.. the op is just wondering what is in the new plushberry that makes it a kush strain.. i don't see how that is embarassing to sub, unless of course there is something to be embarassed about that is..
