Stunted Growth

A couple weeks ago I wrote how my jack Herrera were smaller than they should. I did all the recommendations everyone wrote and they almost doubled in size over night. Everything was great but now week 8 they are again smaller than they should. I keep the lights 3 feet away? I water them 1/2 cup water each with a drop of growth nutrients every 3 days? I have them in a grow tent without air circulation, but I open it halfway during the day Those are the only things I can think might be wrong.

No idea what lights but that’s too far away regardless
I would try 15-20 inches and if you are watering thoroughly you appear to be overwatering

Bigger pot, more light, more water, more food. Starting to look really hungry. Grab a soil with a bit of food, up pot to a 1gl or 2gl, hard to get a size prospective. Give it 1/5gl for 1gl pot, or 1/4gl for 2gl pot, water with a root stimulator. Make sure it has enough light. Thank us in a week

After looking at your other post, stop using miracle grow soil. Go with a pro mix to start out and move up to a super soil that you can get at any grow store. Don’t really need to feed it for a while. I’d just start over… you’ll be better off not fighting that plant. Pop another seed and try again. Try putting the seed in a jiffy pot. Then up pot into a 4”cube with pro mix once you have roots coming out of the bag. Then move up to a super soil or a soil you want to feed a little. Before planting take some of your soil and add water, mix thoroughly, then add soil to pot, plant into your pot. DO NOT water! Won’t need to water for 4-5days. Then only a little after. They don’t need much water early. You’ll see if the plant needs more light or less and I’d recommend a simple T-5 for veg. Get it pretty close. If you want to use the same light for veg and flower go with a dimmable all spectrum led. Dial it back in veg and you’re good to ramp it up in flower.
Point is don’t waste your time or space fighting that plant. It happens but now you’ve learned from it, makes you less likely to do it again. She might do just fine if you give her a better pot and soil to grow but you have slowed her down. And you need to get your humidity up. You can get a cheap humidifier to get it up early but it will come naturally once the plant uses more water. Also get a small cheap fan for some airflow if you’re just doing a small area. They love and react to the movement of air. Also go with a 18/6 for timing.

I think you should move them into a pot, these half-filled bowls are maybe blocking the root's growth. And give them some more water and food to cover up their growth. As they are growing, they need more light and nuts.

No replies back from op! If u every come back thru I think u need to make sure u got drainage holes on bottom, as stated earlier. I'd up the feeding and give it some epsom salt (to help it green up) in next watering. Something u did stunted the growth but it will be fine long as u feed and water correctly. Plants alot worse off then this have done great!
