That is a stout little plant! I must say, it seems that you have done almost everthing wrong you can do. I KNOW, because I did all the same things a few years ago myself. Mistakes teach you better than books any day. Use the info in the previous posts.
Lights about 2 - 3 inches from plant.
Dont over water
Dont over fertilise. You can always give the plant more, but you cant take it back.
DONT!! bend, twist, fold, spindle or mutilate your plants. Let the fan work for you.
When transplanting, be very gentle with the roots. Root damage will stunt a plant in a heartbeat.
And remember this is not all that hard to do. Plants want to grow and will do so with just the basic needs. Light, water, food and a little TLC. Enjoy your harvest. I gotta go and check on my babies.

more pics...........i lost count of the weeks....... i think this is week 2 of flowering......p.s. i put the plant in 36 hours of darkness before i flowered.... also i had some problems with it this week.. i overwatered that bitch and it caused huge damage to her so now im watching out....i noticed that now she is more receptive to high temperatures then before i have to keep the closet open or she starts to go limp from the heat...

I think you've got the lights on too long per day and they're too close to the plant. In your last picture the leaves look burnt.

that cup you have it in is a little small you should have transplanted her into at least a 5 gallon pot. those roots im sure are cramped.
