Stunted flowering, pistils stopped.

I'm in the third week of flower now and during the first week when repositioning it, I split the main stalk at the first mainline cut. It cracked a ways down, but I did my best to support it back together and left it for awhile. In time it healed and looked fine, but during that time though the plant quit stretching almost entirely and ended up a real runt. I thought it would catch up eventually. It remained much shorter since it stopped stretching. It also stopped producing pistils around this time. I thought it would go back into this once it healed, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It did continue to grow a little, but not vertically. This caused it to bush up since some of the internodes aren't spaced very well It almost looks like where it stopped growing pistils that it just decided to start developing the buds, but there's nothing to develop and they look tiny. It does appear to be getting frostier, though lacking actual bud development. Also of note, it's really slowed it's drinking. It doesn't look to have died, it just looks to have stopped or slowed so much it seems to have stopped!

No pictures at the moment, but I can provide some later since I know they'll be needed, but does this sound familiar to anyone? Just a total stop on pistils/growth/development due to an injury? I've been trying to keep an eye out for pollen sacs in the meantime, but I don't see any. I thought it'd recover but as time goes on I'm thinking I should just chunk it.

My experience is when damaged they actually have a growth spurt
Sounds like you might be overwatering and you are a bit impatient
You can’t rush a plant
Just wait would be my response with no pics
It's been two weeks with NO SIGNS of growth of development, and I can see the crack has healed. It's MUCH shorter than the other plant that completed it's stretch, even lifted up on something to try to make the canopy even. I also slowed it's water when it seemed to be slowing it's intake. It shows no signs or being under or overwatered, I'm not sure that's it, but it could be? I thought I had given it enough time but NOTHING has changed and the others are FULL of pistils and it still only has the few it developed before that. I don't want to rush it and only came to ask because I thought I had given it more than enough time to do SOMETHING. I'll consider this though. It hasn't grown or developed AT ALL, but it's shown no signs of dying. It's just in this state frozen in time it seems.

Pics later when I can provide them.

Any damage to the main stem or roots will cause set backs in stretch or flowering period or even entry to the flowering phase will be slowed,
If the split has been healed, give it some more time as it seems the plant is trying to revive itself fr the damage, don't forget there's also the trauma / stress factor, which also slows everything down.
