Stun grow, yellow leaves, is this Nitrogen Deficiency? Or Nutrient burn

Can anyone tell whats the problem here?
It's pineapple express auto grow in coco

Cuz the seeds were exploded to lights for years, so have a really low germinate rate and slow grow in the beginning
Always water in ph 5.5-6 under 600w lights, humidity always around 60%-90%
so i think this can only be nutrient problems

in the first 2 weeks seedling dose not grow at all but the root process is still good.
now she's in week 4 and now the lower leaves turns yellow.
I think i over water them a bit, and the last feed was in around 600 ppm with FF nutrient and Cal-mag

Im staring a new grow with fresh seeds and now they look good.
just wanna figure out what i did wrong and won't make it again this time’

Wow, dude... 600ppm is too high for a start. You should be in the 250-300 ppm region this early on.

Your pH should be around 5.8 as a lowest ideal level. What is the run off pH of your coco coir?

Other things to note: Buffer your coco coir with Calmag and Veg nutrients or whatever for veg stage but then do not give your seedlings MORE nutrients for the first week at least! Tap or ideally RO water pH'd to 5.8 and fed daily to your plants.

Also look after your plants, soil on leaves is not cool, nor is any wet parts which could burn under your light. Also double DOWN on nutrients, my guess is you are burning your seedlings before they are ready / able to handle it.

She's in week 4 now that's why i go 600ppm. I thought they were lag of nutrient since she grow so small as a 4 week plant

It's 250 ppm good for my week 1 new grow autos?
Im using foxfarm hydro nutrients which are really strong i think.
my tap water is around 140 ppm and and i mix my nutrients in quarter doze with cal-mag(0.5 tsp micro, 0.25 tsp growth and 1 tps cal-mag/gallon), it goes up 390-400 ppm already

so 250 ppm is like 1/6 or even 1/8 doze?

i already planted my new auto seedlings in 3 gallon smart pot and i don't think is a good idea that i buffer my coco with nutrient again.
I do buffered my rooters with clonex solution and cal mag tho
they are now in day 3
how many ppm should i provide?

I think im gonna check the run off ph for this one tomorrow then decide what to do

Climate is so important and is so often overlooked. Getting temp and RH, and pH, in the right ranges should come first - if that’s not in line then the nutes and co2 won’t work for you no matter what you do.

It is amazing how much enviroment plays a part.
Nutrients always come very last in my garden.
Climate and media is sooo damn important.

Gotta cut your nutes back, and match your runoff, to what you put in.

Part of the issue is people think when seedling comes you have to start intensive care...its pretty much the opposite, patience is the key factor and resist to feed more than water for the first week at the minimum is always advised. Imagine giving a baby a bottle of Vodka, its pretty much the same thing, you would cause untold issues which run out of control.
