i havn't did anything but the norm/standerd that one would do

i have 15 clones going and they all look like this
my 2 strains are
white widow max and royal hash

they dont seem to be rooting just growing a stump this is my first attempt at cloning

i would write what i did but i litterally followed all of the info on the site so i would be saying the same stuff that has been said like 50 or more times

thank you for all the help in advance in case i forget to later

Just be patient they look like there still alive so they will probably root eventually. Keep the humidity high and don't let them dry out and they will root. Some strains clone easy others not so much, so even if it takes awhile don't get discouraged keep trying.

they look horribly dead to me. do u have more cuttings that u can try cloning with? Personally I clone directly to soil with 100% success, rooting gel, proper cut, stick & humidity type tent for 5-7 days while misting leaves & soil if needed. I know it sucks to have that happening.

2011-03-21 14.15.03.jpg2011-03-21 14.15.17.jpgnone are dead ill take a shot of all of them i do have 1 that i started in soil but it was the 1st one i took its 2011-03-21 14.12.04.jpgcloser to 6 weeks by now i took it as a test one
up untill about 3 days ago they were all perfect and the leaves started to turn yellow i aaaum2011-03-21 14.13.32.jpged that was normal (nitrogen so i started using seedling nutes)
but there was a lack of roots so i cut a couple open and well you see what i see2011-03-21 14.12.46.jpg

did you cut the stems at a 40degree angle and did you shave off some of the skin at the bottom for the roots to sprout?

Are you using rooting hormone of any kind? Roots excellerator, clonex, gels, anything? I use a little DWC cloner tub I made for maybe $20? Clonex root gel and roots excellerator and I'm set!

yes all were cut at a 45 degree with some small slits i did all the cutting with root hormone on the blade put them in to rockwool withen a minit
i used roottech gel
cfl lights 24/7 temp was or is a constant 70 to 80 and 80 to 95 % humidity drops a bit when i take the dome off for air 10 minits a day or so
this was a test batch to test my cloneing skills but i might have let the poor little fuckers down im thinking

thinking i should give them coffee i know i cant operate without it

keep them in a dark area for a day or so to help the roots grow. try scratching off a little bit of the stubs/trunks on a couple to experiment, see if anything new happens in the next few days.

My clones hang out in my veg tent off to the side and out of direct light. Light cycle ranges from 18/8 to 20/4 depending on how stretchy my strains are

i was gunna repot the 3 i riped apart in soil so when i do that ill scrape some of that gunk off and see what happens
thanks for all the quik replies i'll post pics if it works
should i redip them in hormone?

well the gunk does not scrape off it like 1 giant root mass like cutting bark almost also sorry bout my forum ettiqette ifi do something wrong
first and only forum i have ever used google i find is usually easy and faster but i could not find anything like this

so i resplit one anddiped it put it in soil one of those jiffy pads
ill recut one at 45 and just slit it with hormone like a new cut
the 3rd ill scrape the gunk off and redip and repot

im using the 3 step grow micro and bloom as my nutes but that just started 3 days ago
thats about the only thing i have did that wasn't standerd clone tecnique

There not dead, cant remember a clone ive ever done that didnt look like them.
You dont need light, dark or lights ok but constant warmths a must.
Try add more gel or try another (no nutes, just water till rutes show.
Think they might be moldy to be honest, never grew the straine so I cant pin point, may be over water too.

Bro they are fucked now throw them away and start again, your problem is the rw is far too wet.Dont saturate the cube and dont mist them. Also i agree with about 6-12 hours of darkness straight after cutting.

Thanks for the post! I'm having a devil of a time w/ clones too. Everyone tells me how easy it is but Christ I can't seem to get them going. I'm using CC juice, distilled water and a hydro cloner with plenty of spray. They are out of direct light w/ a constant room temp of 78 F. I didn't fertilize the mothers for a week before pruning. The cuttings went directly into water, cut on a 45 and stripped the cadmium partially down from the last node. The cloner was cleaned and then rinsed w/ peroxide and dried thoroughly before putting into use. All other utensils were wiped w/ bleach. I've been in for a week plus and the same thing is happening as before. They look great for a few days and then the leaves turn brown at the tips with the end result the stems turning to mush and rotting. My clones appear about the same as in your pics. I've tried trimming the leaves back partially to stimulate rooting hormone but that doesn't seem to help either. I'll keep watching your post. Maybe someone will help us both!!

keep us posted. i successfully clone straight to soil. cut, dip, insert. pretty simple. humidity type dome for 5-7 days, indirect light but lots of warm, misting of plants & dome top about 3x a day, & top of soil if necessary, bingo rooted clones.

i've never understud the peroxide isn't that litterally injecting oxygen
i mean h2o2 when peroxide breaks down you get oxygen and water
in other words h20 the bubbles are oxygen
and there are spas that inject proxide into the human body because it helps cells regen
i wouldn't recomend
my question is how bad can oxygen be for the plats if ppl use peroxide
none of them are mold and none seem to be dead (yet anyway)
as for cutting more clones i had to start flowering the mother plants they were getting to big for my room i wanted to flower like 5 weeks ago and put it off
witing for the clones to take if they dont im gunna have to start with seeds again and im cool with that
could it be to much light seeing as im getting lots of ppl saying they dont use that much light i had them under 5 23w 6500k cfl's up untill about 4 days ago i figures there was mabye to much
there could be one that is rotten but i thought i left that pic out it was a total expirement that may still work as least for what i wanna do

ok so i kinda learn one thing after going over stuff again i suck at math at least when im high and then there is a convenient little switch hidden in the battery compartment on my thermonitor for either c or f <--- why im a newb
yea so i had the temp at 110 f (opps)
there all doing good now or atleast alot better i might be able to save 10 of them
i now have no idea what strain is what (douple opps) but thats easy to tell after they start to grow
and i also noticed it was only really bad with the ones i used the pre exsisting hole in the rockwool almost like it had to fill up the hole with a rootmass 1st
so as long as i end up with atleast 1 plant of each strain it will all be good i only took so many clones incase i ran into problems
