Stretch problem how to solve it? (Sativa)

Hello plant is 15days in flowering i have no more space for it its getting really close to the light i think it wil lget burned...any solution?

Strain:tga subcool 3d third dimension
Light:400watt hps


as you can see on the pics i cant lift it higher...

super crop em, I just knocked 2 over this mornin

next time consider usin the gas light routine to veg em, it helps a lot

Based on the pics it looks like you got plenty of space and the plant is pretty much done stretching. Ideal it should be at at roughly 16" from the plant, but less is doable with 400 watt.

Vertical cfls to thicken up the lower branches and development.

i dont see any problem there , actually you have alot of space , tie your branches to the pot , push them down , google about LST and see how its done , work your plants use your imagination, it will increase alot your yield , try to put the maxium of your plant near the light .

Next time if you dont want her to stretch so hard , for the first 2 weeks after the switch to 12/12 put a heater in your grow during light off , try to meet the night temps with the light on temps, for example 26ºC lights on 25ºC lights off .

ya, fine. the only problem i see there is that you didn't let it veg long enough. you could have filled that footprint way more than you have. a couple of tops and a screen over the top would have done wonders for just one plant. id bet ya only get 2/3rds of a zip at most.

Thank you guys for all advices.This is my second grow so i wast sure how much space it will take.Next one i will let it veg for longer time and i will top+lst...here are the pics now about 23days in flowering...my first grow was under 90watt led ufo and i start to think that that light was better than 400watt hps...i harvested only 25g of dried bud from white widow BUT I DIDN T USE ANY NUTRIENtS JUST WATER ENTIRE GROW!!!! now i bought 400watt hps and bloom nutrents and i thought it has to yield at lest 50-100g but this looks like its gonna be 1ounce...i am dissapointed with penetration of light and 1more thing 1st grow with 90watt ufo i didnt even top the plant....so here are the pics 23day into flowering i dont know why the buds are so small...

- THE PLANT IS TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE LIGHT. MOVE LAMP DOWN TO 12'' FROM CANOPY -

the plant looks good. but i would add more plants. 4-6 plants veg'ed till 1ft in 3gal pots then flowered should give you 6-8oz at least. but when growing connoisseur strains dont expect yields like the big dud off shoots.
