Stressed Plants and Hermies

Can plants stressed during the Veg stage turn Hermie or is it mostly when they are stressed during the flowering portion?

For instance - can a 2 week old plant from seed that gets stressed at that point but Vegged for 4 more weeks turn Hermie during flowering stage? or does the stress have to be induced during the flowering stage to turn it? Just wondering as I can't find anything regarding the timing of the stress that causes the nanners to appear.

6 Weeks into flowerieg 18 girls, 3 Days alone caused one hermie . Seeds Galore. Any way can mothers under 18/6 in the same building can get germinated. Life span of pollen and total eradication of pollen would be helpful. . Voice recognition just typed " erotic Asian" inste!d of "eradication". It's good to check that before hitting send. So really im asking , can female mothers and clones of just mentioned female mothers get germinated? Clones differ in age, all under 24/0, mothers 18/6 . I said female mothers, twics. Thanks for reading.
