stressed plant?

got from a friend at 3 weeks put out in early march. took 2 lower branchs 2 weeks ago for clones. had a cold week in early april seems to have slowed its growth.any ideas for inexpensive fertilizer? n.e. arkansas.

You put them out too early they started to flower, and are probably trying to reveg as the days get longer. That does stress a plant and slow it's growth, give it time to re adjust

You just have one plant? Or that is the only one?

Different strains react to different day length
