streaks on leaves

anybody know what this is and what should be done about it?

edit: it's only on the lowest two sets of fan leaves

need more pics, looks like pest problems.....

this is the only affected plant.. if it is pests, could they just be playing favorites? also, what is the best approach to fix this issue?

I know ive seen it b4 multiple times but i cant find the bug guide w/all the pics and info and im trying to remember what it is exactly but i cant remember the name or any other details really other than the pic, i know it will come to me eventually, but that might take a while. lol,

i dont have my book on me but if i remember right thats caused by leaf miners. Little bugs that burrow through your leaves.

what's the best method of getting rid of them before they mine through everything?

for anybody who has this problem, it's leaf miners. remove infected leaves + neem oil

also, could anybody tell me what type this plant is?
