stranger beotch went cra cra on me

Dogs are allowed nearly everywhere in europe and it's no big deal.

Pets can be read usually, so we generally have an idea of what is safe. However, I know from experience to not "get down on their level". That's the easiest way to get bit on the face by a dog. That common mistake can be seen as a challenge.

Also, if you touched the dog that was presumptuous. Maybe you didn't.
Just because they're in a public store doesn't mean they're there for the public to enjoy. It's a good policy to leave animals alone, in almost every situation, unless they are yours.

While that lady sounded like a complete jackass, for your sake, I hope you're better at reading dogs than people. lol.I attract crazy ppl too sometimes, but I try like hell to not completely blame them.
Yup that's how I got bit in the face. Lol

I've never once had a problem with someone's service dog. I'd like to see everyone have a dog on their arm in all businesses. Animals reduce stress, in general, and help humanize people. A lot of people have a big stick up their arse and I believe a genuine socialized dog would help most folks not be so constipated.

A dog's place is not at home watching reruns of Animal Planet. If you want to treat them like a family member by bringing them with you, more power to you and your canine companion.
I respect your position, but disagree on the dogs in all businesses part. I DO totally agree that if you own a dog, you need to spend a lot of time with it. I hate seeing pets as accessories.
I used to do agility training w/ our border collie. He needs the mental as well as physical stimulation. Dogs need that or they start to misbehave big time. They can't be locked up all day while you're at work

Having more than one dog prevents a lot of bad behavior. A dog by himself is bored. A bored dog is like a bored kid -- something bad is going to happen, it's just a matter of time.

I know this is wrong thread, but she demanded it with her sad eyes.

Yeah, he was too smart for his own good. He know about 20 words too. You had to spell stuff. Eerie. Great dog though. Just needed a lot of exercise. Not a lot of human interaction though. He always liked to be working. Labs are great for companionship.

Border collies are nuts I got a border collie x lab and holy shit all he does is run and swim dog is fun as hell but he is so fast I have to throw at least two balls in the water because the big bastard can't keep up.

Dog is so damn hyper he even thinks you have a ball he's bouncing around like a bastard.

my male australian cattle dog can spell. ride, outside, ball, frisbee, etc. can't even look out the window without him looking for what you're looking at. he has a toy box and will put his toys away if you get on to him about the mess...
