FFOF is a very hot soil hot as in abundant nutes

dilute that with 25% perlite or suffer the forth coming nute burn

the trap here is.. most rooters are peat type based

as such they hold excess water thus nutes

again leading to an imbalance in Ph and again nute burn

gently extract with tablespoon allow to sit in air temp water

wash the poop of the roots

as you repack the pots with 25-30% perlite or clean river sand

mix well..do at days end so they recover in dark overnight

to continue in the morning

good luck

looks like it could be from droplets formed and sat on the leaves and burnt them under the dome. regardless the new growth looks good and it will grow out of what caused the spots. just dont feed them untill they look hungry. could also be sunburn from germinating to close. my current seedlings have that now but again they grow out of it very fast.
