I have never seen that before.. i have had leaves turn purple but thats more black.. look at my avatar. 'THAT PURPLE' lol

what temperature is the room at plant level? temps have alot to do with colour change esp when in flower.
What is your setup?
What strains are you growing?
What medium are you using?
What is your PH of your water you feeding the plants with?
Are you growing in soil? have you checked the PH level of the soil also aswell as the PH for the water? - If your HYDRO disregard the soil ph.
What is your Nutrient Level in EC or PPM hanna?
What is your Humidity level?
How old are your plants?
What stage are your plants in, veg or flower?
What is your light cycle?
What times do you water, and the frequency & Duration?
How far is your lights from your plants?
What fan are you using 'if your using one' and if so is it 'oscilating'
When was the last time you flushed With plain water?
What nurtients do you use and how much?... do you have tools/ph/nutrient pens to measure this?.. if not guess work will only kill your plants some day or another.
Do you have a bug problem? Is your grow outdoor or indoor.
Do you have heat problems? fresh air problems?...

i can keep going.... get a checklist.. go through it and tick off everything if its ok until you find the one you messed up with and fix it before it gets worse.. im interested in finding out what these spots are.

i think these are all basic simple questions that should be answered and included before posting up a 'help me' post.. im sick of asking these questions.
These questions help us .. the 'VIEWER' to narrow down the problem for you so we know whats up and whats down.

I cant just take a look at a leaf and say 'thats your problem right there'.. we need explicit detail so we can give you the best possible answer we can.

Hey bro.. I had the same look to a grow I had out side one x!! And a feller grower told me/suggested that it may be that I was over nuteing/fertilizing them!! So,
I my self cut back on the nutes and it fixed my problems!! And my fans looked the SAME way!! But IDK how your growing, Soil/Hydro etc?! I was in soil, so
it would be hard to say since I don't know your info!?

If you cant post up any more details like.my first question.. Then I would suggest cutting back on the nutes for now until it clears up... If not give it a nice big flush, soak it big time and let everything, salts etc flow out of your pot for a good few minutes.. T
(water only) then once dry.. After.three,.four days. Start your feeding again and make sure your soil ph is in the correct range along with the water you feed it.

Hey bro... I think I may have found the problem!! Not sure but here is a few pics and the link that will help/ with pictures and all!!!

Solution to fixing a Molybdenum deficiency
One way to fix a Molybdenum deficiency is to foliar spray with Molybdenum, like Miracle Grow All Purpose plant food and Miracle Grow: Tomato Plant Food. These can also be used to mix in with water as well. (Only mixing at ½ strength when using chemical nutrients, or it will cause nutrient burn!)Other nutrients that have Molybdenum in them are: I think Peters All Purpose Plant food does, as well as Greensand, Lime. Green sand and lime is slow/medium absorption, while Peters All Purpose Plant Food is fast absorption.

Now if you added to much chemical nutrients and or organics,( which is hard to burn your plants when using organics) You need to Flush the soil with plain water. You need to use 2 times as much water as the size of the pot, for example: If you have a 5 gallon pot and need to flush it, you need to use 10 gallons of water to rinse out the soil good enough to get rid of excessive nutrients.

Picture 1 and 2 is a Molybdenum deficiency in late flowering
