Strange phenotype or plant mutation?

1 of the 3 girl scout cookie auto phenotypes has much darker leaves and very light green markings randomly over some of the leaves. The buds are small, dense, very light greeny almost yellow in colour with no pistils anywhere! Certain its not a nutrient deficiency as all over plants get exact same treatment and never had deficiencies.

Anybody ever seen this before or know what it could be?

I have the same question as BobThe420Builder. Looks like bug issues.

Plants been checked cant see any signs of bugs right now. There has been bugs present before but since then not found any. Its mostly new growth with the condition.

Did you spray something on them insecticide with lights on possibly? Or at one time?
Might be far fetched but i did have a sticky fly tape which touched a leaf causing a tiny bit to rip of onto it. Maybe some of the sticky residue from it stayed on the plant an caused this?
