Strange looking sprout, normal or not?!

First grower here, my first seedling has sprouted above its soil as of 60 hours after planting.

Soil: Pot n Peat potting mix
Temp: 75-80F
Humidity: 30-40%
Light: 24/0, 2x 65W 6400K CFLs

Can anyone comment on whether this is a normal looking sprout or not? It appears to come up about 2mm and then curl back down towards the soil, its about 3-4mm in total length.

Here's a link to my grow journal..

It may have pushed out like that. .keep an eye on it and see if it straightens out in the next few days. should be quick.

Yeah I'm afraid the soil is a bit like that, with lots of chunky bits but I guess it means oxygen will have no problem getting in. It does dry out relatively often as a result though, but I keep spraying it down with drops of water every few hours.

Mine came out like that (first grow) and it's doing well, 4 weeks about 9'' high and very bushy, so don't worry about it.
