Germinated about 10 Hindu kush the other day. Put in a rooting system And they all popped some are looking nice some stayed too long in the rooting system. Anyhow I do not have a pic of the one I am talking about now I can get one when I get home from work.

It looks lime the seed is stuck on the top still I have tried to gently pull the seed shell off the plant but it's still a bit attached. You guys ever see this? Stem is nice and it's bit drooping just look like her head is caught in the seed. I am going to try tonight to remove the seed but really do not want to behead one of my ladies!

Any other ideas at all to save her?

i agree, should be o.k. ,even in my vegetable garden outside, the odd plant (when taken from seed) will come up with the seed still stuck somehoh. Usually it will wear the seed husks like a lil hat, that you can just pick off if it is loose. If not the leaves busting out should split it enough that it can be removed, remember they're lookin pretty hard to get to the light. Should'nt be an issue ,give it a day or two .

i have seen it many times honestly and have always helped it along like the previous guy said, with twesers or tooth pick. Be gentle though and if it wont flake off then I would leave it before breaking it off

Cool guys good to know I am not the only one. Its been in soil now for A little less than a week so I am just not sure it will bust without me helping it. Thanks for the tips on the tweezers an toothpick! Will try to save her tonight.

This has happened to me a few times. I just (nice and easy) helped it along with some tweezers and a toothpick.
That's what I did! Had the same problem too. My plant is growing funny now but growth is good. The leaves started out being shaped funny but now it's back to normal.

Happens to me too.
Ya wanna be careful removing the shell cause you don't wanna fuckup that tiny leaf.
Most of the time it dries out and falls off but if it's still there after a couple days then you better remove it. I use needle nose pliers and gently crack it by pinching the edges without collapsing the pliers altogether then let it go another day. If it doesn't fall off then I pick at it with a toothpick.

if it didnt fall off on its own then the humidty is to low .... if the humidty stays high enough it will stay soft until it falls off
