Hello All ... I ran into a very strange issue and have been researching it for days only to find no answers on what is going on. I did a run on Nirvana Northern Lights last year and was impressed with the phenotype so I decided I would create feminized seeds by taking a clone from mom and hitting it with Tiresias Mist to self it and make some fem beans. All seemed to go good I tested 5 of the seeds it produced and all were female. I only kept two after sexing them. One I still have in veg and the other has been flowering several weeks now. I noticed once the buds started to form that I was seeing seeds developing all throughout the buds. There was no pollen around them and I could not find a single hint of any hermie traits couldn't even find a single nanner that could explain why it was developing seeds. My first thought was shit this bud is going to be a seeded mess but I let it continue to flower anyway. Here is where it gets even stranger. After a few weeks buds continued forming but everywhere the seeds were developing no signs of seeds anymore. It is as if they start to form and then vanish leaving behind a false, empty ,split seed pods. I have read that when creating fem seeds crazy things can happen since it is unnatural but I can't figure why these seeds would even start developing if they were not going to be produced. I have no clue what is happening to the seeds , all I know is you can clearly see them starting to develop but none actually ripened of developed its as if they start to form and then die off or something leaving behind a empty split pod where a seed should be. This really has me stumped since I can not explain that or even how they were pollinated to start creating these false " aborted " seeds in the first place. I tokk a couple pics to show the seeds as they are starting to form and before they vanish , has anyone ever encountered anything like this before or have any logical explanation on what may be going on here? I hope the second plant does not do this as well. Thanks in advance for any input you may have
