The old big bud wasnt bad for that but thats cos its higher than average in cbn and so are some of its offspring too i know aged bud will test higher in cbn im not talking about over aged bud but yeah cbn is where its at for sleep ime anything with plenty of that will work

I bought 6 strains, I can run 4 plants at a time, so Ill test these out, make coco oil with each and pick the most effective for a regular strain.

As well as the right strains tire yourself out a bit with exercise worst case and try not to think/overthink the right weed and that is what helps me ive had insomnia and adhd my whole life also for supper hours before sleep try eating porridge or something with whole grain oats idk why i know milk has some mild sedative properties i cant remember the chem name rn its in turkey too but something in the oats helps too i dont use meds myself nothings full proof but that helps me most of the time

Heights can be managed to a degree so I don't get why that's a concern.
I tried a C99 once and at 6 inches high it stunk. It didn't stay around to see 7 inches high.

Hard to say about the heights. It can easily vary plant to plant from the same pack. Most plants fall somewhere in the 1.5x - 2.5x stretch zone.

Fortunately for me I sleep like a log for 9 or 10 hours a night. I'm on some medication that puts me away, I sleep even after a sativa bing.
I need the sleep inducing strains for people who we supply with canna-oil drops. I've been just using hybrids and sativas that I like for depression and mood stabilization, most everyone trying our oil sleeps a lot better. I want to hit them with a heavy indica and see how well they sleep.

I suggest if u can let ur bud mature beyond 6 months+ (after harvested ), age will convert the buds to cbn and result will be amazing for sleep
same with letting the plant getting more amber via thrich vs tradional harvest at 30% cloudy-start amber. doing so will def promote that sleepy heavy Hitter
strain wise look for indica dominate and quick harvest , since goal is to get amber.
