Strain Selection HELP

I dont do autos, barely do feminized if you count selfed seeds. But for a mildly not so stinky strain, any Northern Lights (NL) crosses are ok, not too smelly. NL is a good indoor production strain, others like Big Bud and some more stabilized Skunks are fine as well, but Skunk will get stinky. BUT. 1.5 ft tall? thats super limiting man, hard to even accomplish without serious topping or training. CFLs will help limit internode spacing, but not that much.

Yeah im moving it on to my closet. but northern lights potent? i want something really strong also

What is ruderalis i thought it didnt contain much thc so it isnt grown often?

its an autoflower strain... i would either choose an auto or a early flower indica... lst'n is a must

ruderalis is what makes an autoflower an auto flower.. and you're right, straight ruderalis is not very potent on it's own, which is why they tend to cross it with more potent strains like northern lights, ak, etc etc..

the ruderalis is always going to bring the potency down on an auto cross, always, which is why a lot of people don't like autos, myself included.. there are a few autos that are a bit better.. i have heard russian rocket fuel and onxy are two very good ones.. i've also heard that they're only about b- weed at best when compared to regular plants..

dr greenthumb has a plant that is considered an auto, but has no ruderalis genetics in it, a good thing imo.. it's called iranian short season or irinian auto.. he also has a few crosses using the iranian as well... drgreenthumbs.com i think is his site..

Since you have such a small space initially, i would def advise you to try growing One of the Many Automatic Crossbred strains. This will enable you to use CFL with little heat emmisions and also fit into the required space.
Also if you go ahead with this project you may want to find yourself a suitable 'Shallow but Lengthy' pot to grow it in.

Just google for automatic cannabis seeds, most seedbanks have these nowadays.

Dr greenthumb is expensive lol $150 for 5 seeds. Should i go with Nirvana blue mystic, nirvana northern lights, or short stuff russian rocket fuel? Most potent?

Also what is the MINIMUM requirements for these autos.
I have ALOT of CFL 2700k 23w , but i can also buy DAylight bulbs (most i can find is 5000k). also cant even find anything more then 27w at a local store.

And how much do T5 growlights usually go for at a hydro store?

how much would you estimate for everything to cost?

thats not true at all... b weed? whoever grew it must not have know the correct way to grow an auto.

i agree it does bring down potency but grown correctly, it looks just as good as a reg seed
