I know that 3 seedbanks provide them:
(1) Greenhouse Seeds: These guys claim tobreed the purest White Widow. They were the first to acquire the seeds/clones and sell it! [$29]
(2) Nirvana Seeds: These guys also sells White Widow seeds, and I must say, I have seen quite some beautiful plants grown from seeds from these guys! [$25]
(3) Royal Queen Seeds: I got one of the white widow seeds free from these guys, I'm eager to test it out! [$30]
The strain from Nirvana has a phenotype which seems to act more sativa like than others. Might be nice if you're into that!

The original White Widow is Mr. Nice's Black Widow. The name change occured when the dude left greenhouse.
I've smoked Mr. Nice and others, Black Widow hands down is the best and "real deal". The rest are ripoffs or sad attempts to capitalize on a brand.

well if not ww what's a put me down strain and what breeder. I'm looking for a knock out stash. IV seen flavors , exotic colors but I want a plant with potency. I want pure power nap shit so please any help, keep in mind I'm in to nice genetics and want real deal breeders and strain names please.

1 True widow is a Sativa/Indica
2 None of the above have a good white widow.
3 White widow from Seedsman = IBL seeds he gets from SB (Almost as good as Mr nice)
4 True pure White widow from the original Breeder and collector of the parents is listed above . Mr nice's Black widow. Bred by the famous SB (Shantibaba)
Though Greenhouse seeds do own the trademark NAME White widow so they can claim it to be pure as they like, Story as it GHS bought back as many seeds as they could when SB left in the hunt to get back the widow genetics. Same as all other GHS Cup winners, All bred by someone else.

Lately i've been hearing about how shanti's black widow/white rhino has gone from being the best to just being another widow lots of complaints of herms. that not to say i don't support the breeder, buy his gear if you want to support the actual creator. no point in buying albums of cover bands right?
the best widow i've ever smoked was by Delta 9 labs. they made a sick widow about 6-7 years back that used sensi star male and then bx to original widow mom. very sativa in comparison to the nirvana version.
i know folks are likely to shit on me for even mentioning nirvana, but they do or used to have older cuttings that used to belong to positronics (mother company of nirvana and homegrown fantaseeds, waaayyy back) and their hybrids (crystal, White castle) are both more vigorous than the standard.

Black Widow is an excellent line. Some plants are prone to hermaphrodism if exposed to stress (I did this, but grew them out again stress free and they were fine - only 3 plants out of 15 or so - had a light from an extension cord in the room beside them). I plan on getting a bunch more packs to find something truly amazing, but you will find winners in a pack for sure. I had multiple potential winners, ended up keeping a sativa dominant phenotype that yielded heavy quantities of nice smoke.

Widow is more sativa dominant than Indica, but there were some good indica phenotypes in my pack. If I were looking to get KO'd completely (meaning locked to your couch) I might look elsewhere though. The indica dominant phenotypes for me still had sativa influence, although quite strong smoke.

Mr Nice has some well worked lines. As already pointed out though the Widow may not be the best for what you're describing. Medicine Man might be more up your alley.

His med man/white rhino did me good 1 did throw A few nanners but my temps where way too high really there are reports of herms on most strains like a few others from mr. nice I was told would herm over at ICmag but I had none just the 1 med man before I purchase a few air cooled hoods cause the temps where way to high. I actually still have a cut of my med man its not the frosty ass one but its just a really tasty one still frosty though.
