You are flowering under CFL's, correct? The buds won't be as dense as they would be under an HID light, either. So you're probably looking at an ounce, ounce and a half dry, per plant. They are telling you true - you'll lose about 75% of your wet weight. You can't stick it in a jar right off the plant, either - they will mold.

Totally agree, people who sell wet weed are just trying to rip everyone else off and make more money! shit dont smoke right, dont look right, just down right SHITTY wet weed sucks! no one likes that shit! bags are smaller and its almost impossible to break up without a grinder! so make SURE you dry the weed out for sure!!!!

1 Gram of dry weed would look bigger than probs 2.5 grams of wet weed if its money your worried about sell it in small bits and guarantee people would be happy with dry buds then sogggy drippin in the bag shit your choice

I use Ziplock plastic food jars for final curing and storage. Food safe and you can bounce them off the wall if you get bored.

I store mine in 5 gallon buckets with screw top lids.

Umm lol, i'm not looking out for other people i'm looking out for me, people in my area buy a 0.8 for £10 if it's anything but cali orange, its usually 0.8 wet cheese they buy, and it's not me whose getting rid of it, it's someone else, I didn't come here for business tips

@ Growlegal, I didn't believe that one guy but if you're all saying it then I highly doubt I am going to get anything but an oz per plant

I don't mind admitting if I am wrong or not, it's just before this thread people told me 3 oz's so meh, we'll just have to wait and see

I know you're not looking for business tips but as a way of doing a little bit better job of looking out for one's self please consider this.....

If what's normally available in your area is improperly dried and cured, still "wet" weed and you take the extra week or so to do a better job of drying it, your product will stand out. It will have better "bag appeal" (look and smell) and for dam sure taste better when it's smoked. This should allow you to charge more for it and have people willing to pay more for it and still have them think they got a good deal because they got something better and out of the ordinary.

It's that whole free market Capitalism thing. Bring a better product to market and you can charge a premium for it (and get it).

Meh, a lot of people just throw a bunch of leaves in a bag and sell it, i'm going to be beating people round my area anyway, i've resold stuff on before and know what people around my area buy, don't mean to be on the defensive but I still doubt it will be an ounce per plant.. It's probably the distorted pictures, and I took them from a high corner angle which gave off the impression they are smaller than what they are, but like I said i'll just say how much it is in total when I take it off, and it will be wet when I weigh it

I weigh mine as soon as I pick and trim it. And I know from past experience and record keeping that my finished (dried)weight will be around 20 to 22 % of that.

wow 3 ozs per plant? are those the pics of the plants youll be getting 3 ozs each from? good luck with that looks to me like youll be getting around 2 ounces dried from all 3

oh yea on another note, just because your plants are big doesnt mean they will produce a big ammount of bud, if you look at the pics you can clearly see the nugs are popcorn nuggys

^ no but I topped them all the time so there are lots of bud sites, remember i'm going to be keeping the stalk + leaves attached to the bud and it's going to be wet when it goes to be weighing time..

glass jar, in the fridge, is how I always store my weed when i have more than i can smoke in a day

One of the biggest rules in this feild, never count your chickens before they hatch....sorry man, youll be damn lucky to pull an oz dried off them ladies....
