Do you have any pictures?
You need to provide more details like green cross said.
What are you feeding it?
What temperatures?
What kind of medium?
How often do you water it?
What kind of lights are you using?
How big are your pots?

more than likly they are root bound. quite simply they have outgrown the containers. you should get some larger pots or even 5 gallon pails and transplant them. color is good so its not a nutrient problem, just lack of space. usually when you transplant them they will start growing again in a few days or so, might take longer depending how much stress they endured but they will start to grow again.

they wont flower untill they recieve 12 hours of uninterupted darkness unless they are an autoflowering strain. they may do somthing called preflower or show sex if you will once they become sexually mature but they wont truly flower till you hit 12/12 (12 dark/ 12 light) once they are a few weeks into flowering you could go 11 dark 13 light and they will continue to flower, this is supposed to add some bud growth.

i suggest you keep them im vegitative growth for a while longer, they are small now so yield will suffer. when you do move them to flower go ahead and leave them in the dark for 24-36hrs, seems to move the flowering phase a little faster.

good luck.

i personally dont think that is root bound, i recently upcanned a few plants with the same thought only for the rootball to collapse as it was farr smaller than the container, those could get twice as big atleast in those pots......but what about the lights? did you move them up for pictures? with flouro's like that you could have them nearly tickling the tops of your plants and like Cdn said, still need details, pic's are great but if its 50 degrees in there then that would be of importance....

emperature is good, once had a problem with drip irrigation, and it works all day and all the water poured inside. But tell me with certainty if pots of them change, but could you please explain exactly how that change happens????

Your plants aren't rootbound in those big pots and they actually look quite healthy.

What kind of lights are you using? If you don't enough lighting for the plant to make enough food to maintain itself AND grow (basically the rate of photosynthesis equals the rate of respiration), new growth will stop and the plants will plateau the way yours are and eventually have problems. You might want to consider putting them under an HID light or moving those tubes closer...

Can you tell us more about what's in the pots and the barrel? Soil, coco, your own mix? Maybe you're not feeding them enough. I'm always scared of burning my plants so I'm constantly underfeeding, which is just as bad and I end up with all sorts of problems.
