Ok I know if I put my plants outside now they will go in to flower because the days are not long enough. My problem is I now have NO more room to veg inside. If I put plants outside now what's something I could buy to sit outside with the plants to come on like once every hour to keep ladies from sleeping?

Just buy a light and keep it on your plants while they are outside. If you for some reason want to have the light going on and off every hour (don't see why you would do that?) than buy a timer. If you were looking for some sort of scientific miracle of a post from someone, I don't think you're going to get much better than that.

No that's Not what I was looking for. I was trying to see if any one done this before and if so what type of solar light was used and how long was it on for. I can't have a wire running In the middle of the woods.

just let them flower and they will re-veg soon enough.. I know it will shock them a little but if you have no room you have no room

what about those solar powered walkway/patio lights ? tape them onto a stick and place above the plant. They will probably stay on long enough so the nighttime wont be so long. Or there is plenty of time yet to take cuttings and flower out the moms. Revegging sucks IMO. There is still enough time to pull off a spring harvest. If you don't harvest them they will be to far into flower and revegging can take along time and blow your growth and end up with a leafy weird plant.

Yea, maybe check to see if you can remove the lens or dome and keep the solar panel intact. you might need 0ne per plant though.

Only thought about the solar lights, is a security concern. Like you said, no wires in the woods, just would hate for them to attract attention because they're unnaturally lit. Why not clone em, veg those up until the light cycle is long enough? I know that's not what you want, but it's better than getting caught and losing everything.

I'm interested as well. I had thought of doing something similar, but I know they would stick out like a sore thumb and the neighbors or neighborhood airplane pilots might get curious about the strange light coming from the woods.

The cheap ones for lining walkways don't seem to put off very much light to me. And I'm not really sure how much light it would take. But if you are going to spend $24 on solar you might want to check out the ones that are a little more heavy duty at Home Depot. I think I paid about $35 for the one I have. It comes with a small solar panel and 3 lights that spread out a total of about 15 feet. They light up my patio quite nicely.. Just food for thought..

I also just thought about this...
Unless you get a light bright/large enough, wouldn't it produce the same affects as a "light leak" in an indoor grow situation? Possibly resulting in hermying?
It seems that it would only give off light to the areas on the plant that it is closest to, especially if placed in the ground as they were intended.

LMAO, I guess I could just set up a tent and leave it there to keep up appearances. I suppose some paranoia is good, but you have to keep things in perspective. I need to remind myself that jst because they see me on my porch mixing up soil or see a light in the edge of the woods at night doesn't mean their first thought is going to be MJ farmer.
