Stock Pot for Sterilization?

About to start my first shroom grow and of course, I don't want to contaminate my jars during sterilization.

I hear the best way to go for this is with a pressure cooker, but I have also heard that using some water in a simple stock pot can work just the same.

Was wondering if I could get some of your guys' opinions on this, thanks a lot.

i been growing shrooms for about 3 years now... and you absolutely need a pressure cooker...
