You should have been here when this shit was going down on night one.
A TV crews across the city were covering the action.
Pretty crazy shit until the national guard was deployed.
i was thinking there would be at least one cell phone video of the actual shooting. im just amazed there isnt one. seems odd to me that so many seen what happen but no one recorded it. even the police are saying there isnt a dash cam video of it.

why didnt anyone record the actual shooting if anything there should have been a video of the aftermath right after if it happen. if it was to quick to get the actual shooting

no matter what really happen that night i think the officer should be fired and prosecuted simply for the fact he was shot what 9 times? that is a full glock and un needed. one bullet from a 45 would have done what he intended

Good point.
I see what you mean now.
The actual event.

When the school kids have a fight around here at least half the kids are taking pix or vids.
Maybe it was a common event that no one took interest in?
No dash cam in the cop cars is strange.

From what I read the deceased tried to grab a gun from a cop sitting in a car.
The cop held his ground, got out of his car and told him to stop as other cops arived.
He didnt stop and was shot by multiple cops.

Pretty much basic procedure for cops.
Stop or be stopped.
Shoot first, ask questions later.

yea which also brings me to my next point. any officer i dont care how racist or whatever they may be, why would he continue to shoot if the kid had his hands in the air. that dont make much sense to me.

i thought there was only one cop that shot him?

I know there are several different versions of what happen, im just trying to figure out how they are going to confirm what actually happen if the dash cam couldnt catch the actual event.

a recording maybe? would that be enough to prove that the cop did what he needed to do?

If the cop car rocked but not video that would usually mean that he did in fact try to get into the cop car.

Idk.. there seems to be a lot of odd things surrounding this thing. I still cannot understand how this provoked looting. rioting i can understand if the cops started firing gas or smoke or whatever at a crowd, that is just asking for trouble.

Looting is a weapon of poverty.
However, in this case it would appear to be a matter of ill-thought opportunism, trying to find cover under a fog of chaos. Arrests have already ensued, and the majority of people being targeted aren't even from the area.
But that does fit with the sage line, "Don't shit where you eat".

I don't think one cop would unload on a person like that.
I think it was a few cops, once one of them fire they go crazy.

There are many variations of this story.
I think all the dash cams were confiscated by the police department and may become "lost" if a court case is called.

The looting is just plain stupid.
Imagine if the feds or we ourselves treated each other this way on a daily basis?

I'm from the UK our police force don't carry guns either and we don't have militia

More violence from either side in USA isn't the answer. They will always have an armed and twitchy police force all the time they want guns to be common place
Quite a lot of privately held shotguns tho.

Shame the Islamics are gonna take over.

It was only ONE cop shooting. They have still not released how many times the kid was shot
