Still need help with new grow. I just can't figure this out.

I have started anew with 6 plants. Two different strains. Just to recap my set up I am in a 2.5 X 2.5 grow room, plenty of good ventilation and fresh air. I have a Mars hydro TS 1000 LED light. The soil is fresh so I don't think it is nute deficiency. I have them in 2 gallon cloth pots. I posted some pics so any help would be appreciated. I hesitate to start feeding cause one of the plants has burnt tips so I was worried the soil was too heavy in N for them. Now I am just running in circles. I don't think it is over watering cause I water every 4 - 5 days and check carefully that it is bone dry before I re-water. Thank you everyone for your expertise and advice........

I would guess that you are keeping them too dry. I can see you already lost a few sets of leaves. Plants in the seedling stage and early veg can do well with additional moisture in the soil. Think of it like spring showers when the soil has more moisture in the early stages.
No fertilizer is needed yet. The plant is likely cannibalizing the lower leaves from lack of water.

Keep an eye on the new growth, I think you'll see them turn around in a week or two by doing nothing. Don't go overboard and overwater either-right now that soil will stay wet if you soak it because the roots haven't filled it out yet. They'll be fine! Good luck!

I ph my water to 5.5 -6.5. I don't use the meter cause I bought two and they both broke so I use the color chart and ph to that. I have a TS1000 led Mars hydro light, full intensity set at about 3.5 feet above the plants. Thanks...

Adjusting PH to 6.5 is fine if you have the need to PH your water but 5.5 is too low for ffof.
