still clear trichs

My white widow under 400 watt hps is at almost 12 weeks because of a probelm with my light timer, I gained a few hours of light. I think this delayed the maturation of my buds in a strange way. On certain buds there are a few amber trichs but and some cloudy but alot of clear ones. The buds look pretty done but still are not very dense. will these buds turn out ok in the end. I sampled a bud that had a few amber trichs and alot of clear and i didnt get high i let it dry for a few days, it tasted great but i only got a little head high. is it possible to harvest the top of branches and leave the lower smaller buds to ripen up.

okay well today i went into my grow room and all the tops of the buds are drooped over the leaves are wilting it seems kind of like its dying can this mean the plant is ending its life cycle after producing all the bud it can
