"Sticky bud" from the late 1990's and early 2000's (UK) what was it?

Anyone here from the UK ever have the odd occasions where someone would have "sticky bud" for sale and it was unlike anything else you could get? We would all be like we must grab some. We used to have the strains like blueberry and Jack Herer and Northern lights, but this was never really given a strain name, unless that was it, but I can't find it anywhere. It lived up to its name ridiculously, it was a nightmare to break apart because it literally glued itself to your fingers and it had a distinct smell, you just knew what it was and it gave you a ridiculous high. I don't know if it was some particular strain or if it was just laced with something

I had some really sticky bud back in the early 90s in Massachusetts USA it was some fire afghani! Would stick to your fingers like crazy when packing a bowl and 2 hits would fuck you up!

Oh boy, there are entire podcasts dedicated to this topic. It's a type of cannabis that disappeared complete from existence around the year 2000. Theory being the mother was owned by hells Angels and FBI killed it.

I cannot stress enough what a tragedy this missing strain is. Modern cannabis users will never, ever know it's joys

Not just the hells angels lots of people had it.

Indeed. So they say..

Dominion Seeds (Duke Diamond) seeds go for insane value and sell out in record time because of his links to this as well

Another breeder by the name The Nature Farm claims to have access to it still too. Only problem is, I heard his seeds don't produce anything resembling it

I miss it more than words can describe.. I was lucky enough to have access to pounds of it when I was in early high school .. the stuff was so dank you could literally smell it through 5 Ziploc bags and across the room. So bright green and sticky you could press it against a wall. It's insane that this cannabis is entirely obliterated and modern fans will NEVER know the joys of roadkill skunk .. a real tragedy
