Stich's Love Potion grown in my balcony

Why no flush, bro? This is what I don't understand, I don't want to smoke harsh smoke and fertilizer taste. I'm serious, please explain.
It just doesn't work like that.

Your buds dont just suck up the nutrients given and you taste it.

In fact if you flush you are only staving your plant in the most crucial time of its life. The buds fatten the most during the last 2 weeks or so. Not to mention the final frosts occurring.

By starving it you cause "fading" which in all truth is cannibalization of the leaves to supplement what you neglected to give the plant.

And guess what? The nutrients it sucks from the leaves goes directly to the buds just like if you were to give nutrients.

If you want to lower the nutrient dose sure that makes some sense. But cutting it out completely does nothing but cause unnecessary stress.

OK, I will follow your advice and just reduce the amount of nutes and not flush. I have another question. I was planning to not watering the plants for 3-4 days before cutting in order for them to dry faster when drying. I think I heard that somewhere, and also to avoid mold. What do you think of that?

Thats fine. Nothing wrong with that.

How long of a dry are you going for?

The time frame we generally shoot for is 2 weeks.

That takes a couple of environmental factors.

Where do you intend on drying your weed once you chop it?
I have a laundry room that gets plenty of air circulation from the outside, it gets indirect dim natural light. I live on the beach and this is the season with the least humidity and heat, 78f during the day, 60 at night

Btw, checked trichomes today, saw mostly milky, 5% amber and 5% transparent.

Yes i realize that. Ive grown plenty of them. It being an auto has nothing to do with how far along in flower it is. That is WAY to early, it is not even close to ready. Even if you cut it today and dried it properly, it wont ready to smoke by newyears.

Like the other guy said, enjoy the headache.

These are autos too.... Autos i grew. See those big full kolas everywhere. I know what im talking about, bro.

But whatever man, obviously you know more than me.
Hey Joe, couldn't send you an MP. Anyways, just wanted to say that I love the way your plants look. These were autos, correct? I just wanted to know what techniques are you using to train them? Are you tying them down LST? Do you top or film them? Any advice on that?
