could you tell me the name of this movie that I saw when I was pretty young? I can remember bits and parts but it's a stephen king movie

there is a black kid with an afro who for some reason breaks into this house. i remember there was a ferocious dog in the house that scared him off. i think the kid wanted to steal something

but then he gets into the house later on in the movie and the people who own it are FUCKED UP!!! they keep some weird kids in the basement and one of them runs through the walls and shit. these two people are brother and sister and are seriously insane. i can't express to you how insane the assholes are.

they find the black kid is in the house and they want to kill him. oh yeah and they have a daughter and i remember the woman goes nuts and makes her pray all of the time. and puts her in like a bath tub with scorching hot water in it. and the black kid with the afro ends up helping her out and shit. it's seriously a messed up movie but it will freak me out and i want to see it

i love that movie! hehe the kids name is fool. and the guy running thru the walls is ummm...i think his name is roach. lol. theres gonna be a remake of it soon too i think.
