Liked'em but never loved'em. The heavily distorted keyboard in the instrumental of "Magic Carpet Ride" reminds me of a cross between a Wurlitzer and an In-Sink-Erator. cn

Love your avatar.

Well, it's my kind of music.

Back then it hit all the right points when it came to a high. Nostalgic is what I'd call it.

I like the classics but don't like living in the past and hearing the same songs over and over. I like to keep up on new music. Anything from Radiohead and the like. Rock music keeps going to new and interesting places

To each his own then. I like the old rock. I'm extremely disappointed that Inna Godda Da Vida isn't played more often.

You see, I don't remember the old stuff that way. We didn't fight or antagonize. We just listened to music and groved on it.

And I do listen to and appreciate alternate music. I'm listening to Yothu Yindi from Australia as we speak.

The Pusher is a classic slow dance song. I can't count the number of girls I cuddled on the dance floor with that song.

Lol yeah I remember it from the opening of Easy Rider, and my dad watching it when I was a kid. Love everything, but can never outgrow classic rock.
