Stealthiest grow box?

I've already made a pc setup but i can't seem to keep all of the light out and im not sure how im going to be be able to keep the fans running. Can anyone link me to a cheaper pre-made stealth grow box? All the ones that i've seen are 600 dollars and i think thats a little much to be paying for these. Thank you.

Dude, just get some duct tape and put some where the light is showing. If you do the job right, it won't let even 1 photon out... As for the fans, get special pc fans with reduced sound/humming.

You won't find a grow box under 400$ that'll be efficient.

Yeah i was just talkin to my buddy. I'm going to try to keep working on the box doing the best i can. Still really nervous about buying seeds online though

don't be nervous. nothings going to happen if u buy seeds online. what you do is order the seeds with a diffrient name, and give an address that isent yours. have them deliver your seeds to a friends house and tell your friend that you will smoke them up. also tell your friend that if the police come looking for him tell him he orderd the seeds but changed his mind and flushed them down the toilet. its just that simple. so don't worry man the worse they can do is keep your seeds at customs and give u a letter saying that if you want your seeds to come get them. (which you dont) and then u try and order again.

Thats my only problem, i dont have a house that i can get them delivered too besides my house and if i get it delivered here i would have to put my name on it so no one else opens it or throws it out.

Here's a solution to your predicament: Go to the post office, Walmart or any other place that rents out post boxes, but doesn't require ID. Rent one a post box with a fake name and order the seeds there.

I'm pretty sure its against the law to not require an ID when getting a PO box? (Going against homeland security policy)

Don't worry about the seeds, just use your name and have them delivered to your house. About the light, it's pretty simple. Just put duct tape over every crack where light comes out. Put it in a dark space and turn on the lights in the box and you'll be able to see the light that seeps out. The just put duct tape over it.

I received an old desk from my family. This has proved perfect so far. I just removed the drawers and made them look like fake drawers, my grow cabinet is inside the desk.

It's light proof, and didn't cost me any money. Here's a pic of what it looks like, and i'll be posting the final results once i'm done.

As for seeds... Use bag seeds for now, that's what i'm doing.

Yeah i went to target today and bought some duct tape. I played with it a little bit, putting duct tape on the inside trying to keep the light out but it still came through. I"ll post some pics of what stage im at and the end result if i get there someday.

why dont you just go to a mega store im not sure which is best in the us and go to the build it your own wood section!! design a simple box for your needs and give them the dimensions you want your wood to be cut out ul only need the special clips for opening the doors and screws to make the set up stable in the dimensions you are looking for i dont think it will cost you more than 100$. i mean i made mine with 225 and its 3x4x7 and i used good quality wood so it wouldnt look bad in my room!! if your up for doing this( it will be light proof, it will be much silenter, you will have supports inside to hand your stuff) i can help you pm me!

I would do that but a computer is a little more normal to have in my room. Its coming along almost ready

u could make anything that would look normal in your room like a drawer or a cabinet or a small closet but if ur almost there good luck on your grow!!!
