Hey guys. Sorry I disappeared. Had to head out on the road a little earlier than I had planned. When I'm on the road I just have a work computer and I'm loathe to visit certain websites...

The harvest went great. Never did weigh everything, but I'm happy. Starting a new grow now, keeping the cab the same, but I'm going to top the plants this time to avoid those giant colas and hopefully make better use of my space.

hey picasso, I'm looking to set up something very similar to what you have. Wondering what cfm rated fan you have running in there, and what your temps are as a result?

I have two fans. Both are Panasonic Whisper Quiets. The first is an inline fan - 240 cfm and just handles the light hood. It works great - I can hold my hand against the light's glass and it stays nice and cool.

The second is a bathroom type fan - 290 cfm and it vents the cab grow area. It works great by itself. It keeps the cab just a degree or two above the ambient temps. The problem is that when I hook up a carbon filter the flow really slows down and it gets ~10-15 degrees above ambient.

So I'm going to ditch the bathroom fan and buy a real inline fan - something like a Vortex or Sunleaves Windtunnel. Apparently these bathroom fans can't handle any static pressure and an inline fan works best for complicated duct work or carbon filters.

Hope that helps.

I tried to attach a picture too.

Missing the short bus as you would imagine, been busy taking my mom to her doctors appointments, spending time I think I am fortunate to spend with her. The op suffered once, I think we have that all worked out. VV

Sorry to hear that. You sound like a good son. You know that some of the short bus folks migrated to another site right?
