Stealth Pelican Tote

So I am building my first box.

Items I have...
Pelican tote. Dimensions length 12" width of front 17" width of back 13" and height is 32"
6" booster fan
4" dryer vent hose
Pvc reducer 6" to 4"
Metal tape
3 axe computer fans
Mixture of cfl bulb some 23 watt some are 42 watt

That is all I have right now.
Please feel free to give me any advice is to what else I need or example what should I line the inside with? Etc.

Pics will come later and the box is very thick plastic and the tote is weather proof.

I' thinking of a passive intake right now because I'm thinking the 6 inch fan will create enough negative pressure.

Tips on how to run my grow lights are very well appreciated!!!!

I am more interested in growing with e27 type bulbs but anything is welcome. I do not have money for expensive leds so don' even post em please. The eye candy will be to much
