Stealth Cab Grow

This is stealth cab grow.
14"width and 26"length I'm not to sure how deep it is.
Both grows are unknown.
I'm using 4 23watt cfls planning on putting in 4 more when it gets bigger.
I was wondering how much yield I could possibly get out of two plants.
Planning on scrogging when my plants get to 15" or so.
Should I switch to hps? how many watts would be good for this space?
Any tips and suggestions are appreciated.

If you can average between .25 - .5 gram/per watt, your first couple of tries, with cfl's, then you have done good.

But even that is skewed, because veg times determine your yield essentially. Veg longer, increase the potential for increased yield [not actually increase].

Career, is just messing with you. No on can determine your yield, too many factors, besides strain lineage, that will determine that outcome.

I say it takes about 2-3 runs before you know what your cabinet can yield on a regular basis.

How can I average .25 per watt?

Looks good.I've got a couple small unknowns that are almost starting week 6 of flowering I used 4 26 watt to veg and 2 55 watt and 2 68 watt for flowering.

I just ran into a problem. Growers are telling me to lower my lights more but it seems like it's burning my sprout already. I'm only using the 2 cfls right now to see if that's better. The leaves are a bit crispy

As a fellow cabinet guy i have to say your friend or whoever is right.
Those cfls are way to high for those.
Your seedlings will stretch and become to weak to support themselves.
You should be able to keep a cfl with 5-7" of your babies. If that is too close because of the heat add a fan blowing across the tops of the plants or cfls to blow that hot air away.

Looks like the leaves are wrinkled a lil too, could be nute burn.I kept my CFLs further away from my sprouts and didn't move them close till they started getting some more rapid growth.sprouts don't need as intense of light as they do once they hit veg and flower stage.right now you just need to baby it till it grows a few sets of leaves.just my opinion.like an asshole everyone has one.

That's what I thought man. I actually took a pic of how my lights are. My lights are about 4-5" away from my sprout. Haven't raised them up, just turned the other 2 bulbs off for now.

I would try the fan down low blowing up.if you have room to stand it up.
Heat emenates off the bulbs and slowly rises.
A fan mounted too high could blow the heated air down.
I may be wrong but it might be worth experimenting to find the right temp.

Im a first time stealth cab grower , too , here is my setup for example. 30Lx30hx18depth

Look into LST , low stress training , which will allow you to veg longer and get more tops and increase your yeild . Try to get as many cfl watts in there as you can while keeping optimal temps.
