Status check-some yellowing and curling

Hi all! Just transplanted rapid rooter plugs last night. Plants perked up real quick after the transplant. Lime green, first true leaves standing straight up, stalks supple and waving in the breeze. This morning saw some yellow, thought it was a little shock. Had to bounce to work, came home and noticed even more yellow with some curling leaves. Germinated from seed 7 days ago. Here's some info on my set up.

Roots at time of transplant 0.25"-0.5" out of the bottom of cup on all. Put rooters straight into promix soil with a small amount of earthworm casting, no nutrients in h2o except superthrive according to directions. Water is tap left 24 hours with bubbler. Ph of water 6.5-7. Goofed and didn't Ph runoff. Lighting is 8 2' T5. Ratio of 3:1 grow/bloom. Set at 6" last night, moved down to 5" this morning. One fan blowing in with excellent warm airflow out exhaust areas. Temps 75-81. Humidity 55-60%.

First time grower here. I know the cotyledons are going to yellow, but the first leaves are also changing color as well. Wanted to catch any issues as early as possible. Maybe it's just using the first leaves to recover too? The soil is pretty wet, had to pretty much soak it or it would have been way to fluffy. wasnt planning on watering until pots were pretty light when picked up.
If any of the above sounds horribly wrong, any advice would be great. Even if it's to say I'm being neurotic...lmao. Included some pics. Thanks again in advance for any info!

What do you mean by ratio 3:1 grow bloom?

if you already used nutes on those plants, you have burnt them. No nutes for atleast two weeks

I meant I put in 6 6500k and 2 3000k bulbs. Thought it was good to throw a mix in. Again, just from info I gathered from the forums. The super thrive is vitamins to ease transplant shock. Didn't think it was a "nutrient." Oh well, live and learn. So just leave 'em be an let them recover? Straight h20 for a couple weeks. Thanks whit! If I'm wrong bout the light, let me know...thanks again!

No you should be okay, as long as you didn't over do the ST you should be okay, I maybe would have waited a little bit longer but i think you should be okay. Make sure not to over water, made that mistake myself this go around. It's possible the SuperThrive could have burnt them, but i don't know for sure. how much did you use?

Used 1/4 tsp. for 2 gallons, which is actually half recommended strength. I'll just leave them alone and use straight water for the next couple weeks.

Yeah i would agree with you, be sure not to over water, let them dry out good before you water, but i would just stick with ph'd water for a while. keep posting pics so we can follow your progress.
