I guess it all depends on how desperate you are?
It doesnt look like you really have enough space inside to train, or to cut them back and then train- but there are 2 options. Cutting a good 1/3 or more off the top and spreading them out - and then, once outside, setting some stakes to stretch a net between and tieing the stretch 'down' across the net would keep them under the fence (depending on how tall the fence is) - but it would be attention grabbing for a passerby looking over if that is a concern...

You could flip the lights inside- my current run was vegged too long (too tall by the time I finished the main flower room) and I set bamboo stakes in each pot and tied branches down during the stretch to keep them out of my lights- so that I could move individual plants to check them, water, and rotate as needed.

Then you could pop new seeds now that would actually be ready to be discrete outdoor plants in 2 mos ;)

Or- you could lower temps in the room to about 60* and they will all but stop growing- but may suffer for the stress over 2 mos for sure. That would be my last choice but if that's all you can do.... then that's all you can do :/

Maybe someone else will have a brilliant idea ;)

Good luck!

Chop them back and up pot . Take clones if you want to as a back up. Try and shape them lower.
When it comes to putting them outside, Bend them and stake them down to keep them horizontal.

Two month more of veg is a long time in indoor MJ growth. You might want to chop them back a few times.
